Because our mugs are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selections.
All orders are carefully packaged before shipment. Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for stolen,missing or damaged caused during shipping. If your order is does not arrive or arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier.
Custom/personalized orders are final sale once production begins.
